About Christian Science
Christian Science was founded by Mary Baker Eddy, who after experiencing a full healing from an accident thought to be fatal by the doctors who treated her, dedicated her life to exploring and understanding the spiritual truths in the Bible that led to healing. Mrs. Eddy's lifelong study of the Bible and demonstrated healings of illnesses are explained in "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" which is the Christian Science textbook. The First Church of Christ Scientist located in Boston, Ma. serves as the world wide headquarters for Christian Science.
What does Christian Science teach?
Christian Science teaches the Allness of One God who is Life, Truth, Love, Soul, Spirit, Principle and Mind; God's presence, protection and care for each of us, at all times and under all circumstances
What is Christian Science Treatment based upon?
Christian Science Treatment is based upon a growing sense of closeness and understanding of God, a clarity in the reality of our individual relationship and never broken connection with our Father/Mother who has uniquely created each of us in His image and who leads and protects all that seek the Divine Truth and Love that is God.
Christian Science treatment is available to all; whether or not you are an active student of Christian Science or are exploring for the very first time. Please feel free to call or email with any questions you might have.
Christian Science Practitioner Fees:
Christian Science practitioners are not employed by the Church and provide treatment as dedicated professionals in accordance with the direction of Mary Baker Eddy, the founder of The First Church of Christ, Scientist which states: "Christian Science practitioners should make their charges for treatment equal to those of reputable physicians in their respective localities" . The following is a guideline of fees; each individual is welcome to discuss fees and to express gratitude without limitation. .
Christian Science Treatment $40. per treatment (includes a brief phone call when necessary)
Appointments: Phone or Office $50. per 30 minute appointment
Home and Hospital Visits are determined on an individual basis
